  • MTC’s “Drill Down Technology” allows you to explore problem areas through additional questions triggered by the patient responses
  • Qualitative research can be done by “open-ended” probing questions that gather the opinions and experiences of patients
  • Quantitative research helps identify the frequency of specific problems
  • Trigger responses ensure that only patients who have had a negative experience are asked the drill down questions – others are not bothered

MTC assumes the risk for cost per completed survey and offers a fixed price per completed survey. Our fixed price includes all reports, including normative benchmarking reports.
